My Skincare Routine

Good morning, everyone!

I’ve been blessed with pretty good skin, to be honest with you. I went 23 years with never washing my face or taking my makeup off before bed and never really had issues. But I recently realized that my skin isn’t going to stay like this forever, so I better start taking care of it before it’s too late. I have a little morning and night routine that I’ve been sticking too and I figured I’d share it with you guys in case you need some skinspiration!

So! Let’s start with the night routine (which is basically the same as morning, just stick with me). If I’ve worn makeup that day, I take my fave new product Too Faced Mascara Melt Off and put it on my lashes. While I let that do its thing, I take my trusty Neutrogena Makeup Remover cleansing towelettes and go to town getting off all of my foundation and such. I leave wiping my eyes for last so the Mascara Melt Off has plenty of time to work. If you’ve never tried that product, I highly recommend it. It gets every last ounce of mascara off your lashes – no more waking up with raccoon eyes even if you washed your face at night.

So once my face is clear of all makeup, I splash a bit of water on it and grab my Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash in pink grapefruit. Scrub a dub dub, rinse thoroughly, pat dry…you know the drill.  If I happen to have some trouble spots, I use the Neutrogena Acne Correct & Cover (again in pink grapefruit) moisturizer and put a thin layer over them.

Once that’s all done I move on to my choppers, which I realize isn’t technically part of a skincare regime but I’m gonna include it anyway. I’m trying to get my teeth whiter without having to pay an arm and a leg so I use Crest 3D White toothpaste and when I’m done brushing, I use the Crest 3D White Luxe mouthwash. Swish for 60 seconds and spit. I cannot recommend Crest 3D White products enough. They leave my mouth feeling supremely fresh and clean, and I can actually see a difference in the whiteness of my teeth.

Last but not least, I use Aveeno Positively Radiant moisturizer on my face and neck. I figure if it keeps Jennifer Aniston looking that hot, then it could do some work for me too. Oh! Also, most nights I put on Chapstick Vanilla Mint before bed.

And that’s it! It doesn’t take too long and it leaves my skin feeling fresh and looking bright and clear. For the morning routine, everything is the same except the makeup removing because there isn’t any to take off. Simple, right?
